I’m sad! We’re getting ready to gut another bathroom and had planned to do something like this..

I’m sad! We’re getting ready to gut another bathroom and had planned to do something like this (this is our powder room) but I can’t find cove molding to match anywhere anymore! Argh! I much prefer this look to wall tile just hitting floor tile.

I did find enough discontinued basic cove pieces at an online tile shop (for a crazy price), but I can’t find inside corners anywhere, and I need two of them.

These are just Daltile arctic white semi gloss 3x6 tiles. The cove pieces are 4.25x6. Anyone have any cove connections?

  • Judy Hotchkiss Contact Crossville Tile, Crossville TN. They make commercial items with the cove. Hope they have a color you like.

  • Rik Barry Bevel cut at 45 degrees with a tile saw...don't need special corners.

    • Alison Maillet A cove subway tile with a black pencil tile could be a wonderful alternativeI am sure other places outside of amazon sell this product

    • Leia Heagy I bought it in black from build.com. It said it would take weeks but came very quickly. I’m doing basically the same tiles but haven’t gotten to tiling yet. Did black for the cove and a thin black one at the top with an edging one that sticks out, forgot the word for it.

      • Leia Heagy I just saw you’re looking for corners. I was just going to bevel 2 on a tile saw

      • Tana Thorley Whicker Author @Leia Heagy I actually just looked and discovered that’s what our tile guy did in the powder room. It doesn’t look as nice but I can live with it, especially since those two corners are behind a pedestal sink and toilet.

    • Spencer Jacobsen It looks like a cove with a black pencil on top. Go to a daltile showroom.

    • Linda Monier Daltile has them. Special order.

    • Patricia Marie Bohanon Heritage Tile also has cove pieces, but they are a bit pricey, too.

    • Rob Leitch From our experience, we found one local Home Depot that would special order daltile rittenhouse.       • Tana Thorley Whicker Author @Daniel McNulty I did call Daltile and they told me Home Depot can special order them but i finally had to leave a message for someone there to call me back after being bounced around and on hold for twenty minutes.
